I love Target. Seriously. I was so surprised to find this there... on clearance for $7.50, which is amazing, because the original price was $28.99. The Harajuku Lovers line from Gwen Stefani is definitely one of my favorites. I Specifically really like the "G", Baby" and "Love" perfumes.
This fragrance is so lovely. It smells very floral with a tiny hint of vanilla. plus, the bottle and design are amazing. The Harajuku Lovers designs are always the coolest.
