Crackle

China Glaze just came out with their "Crackle" collection a couple of weeks ago. They have a bunch of different colors ranging from black to a turquoise blue. I picked up the color "Black Mesh" (just a simple black), because that was the only color I was actually interested in.

You have to first put on a "base" color before you add a layer of the crackle polish, so I put on Essie's "My Private Cabana" and let that dry completely before I added the Crackle polish. It takes 3 to 5 minutes for the polish to get the full crackle effect, and it's super cool to watch. I wouldn't say that I would wear this all the time, because it's not normally something I would go for, but it's still pretty cool.

I got mine at Ulta for $7.99 (still a little cheaper than O.P.I.'s Katy Perry "Shatter" polish which is basically the same thing). It's a little bit more than the regular China Glaze nail polishes, but it's worth it.

MAC Wonder Woman

Amazon Princess Blush

The MAC Wonder Woman collection is finally here! I've been waiting for it since I heard about it back in the Summer. The collection came out online about a week ago and in-stores yesterday (2/10/11)

I will admit... I wasn't as impressed as I thought I would be. I had several things I wanted to pick up, since I was looking at swatches online, but in all honesty, when I got there I wasn't in-love with all of the products. The only product I really really wanted was the powder blush in "Amazon Princess". I might go back and decide if I want anything else, but who knows.

I really love this powder blush though, I've been wearing it since I bought it, the colors are gorgeous, the pigmentation is amazing, and I've noticed it is really long-lasting. This blush has more product than the regular MAC powder blushes, with 11 grams and the regular blushes only having 6 grams. This blush is $24.50, whereas the regular blushes are only $18.50... but if you think about it, you're getting much more product for just a little bit more cost. It's a really good deal. Also, the packaging is really amazing, just look at it.

All in all, if you are going to pick something up from this collection... definitely get one of the powder blushes!

Bella Bamba

Benefit Cosmetics most recent blush, Bella Bamba, came out recently and I was super excited for it since the color, even online, looks gorgeous. It's the most perfect watermelon pink.

This blush is unlike the other boxed blushes that Benefit has come out with, because the packaging is very different. The design is very unique and they've added a mirror and made the top flip open instead of having to take it off completely. The only cons I would point out about this product is that, because it has a mirror, there is less product than in the original boxed blushes and powders. Bella Bamba only has 8.0 grams of product and the original boxes have 11.0 grams (they're still the same price - $28). I definitely recommend this blush, however. The color is gorgeous, it's very smooth and easy to apply, and they've even reinvented the brush that comes with it, it's not flat and stiff as the other brushes in previous boxed blushes have been.

Benefit seems always comes up with some of the greatest  products, they are one of my favorite brands. You can find Bella Bamba at Sephora.com, Ulta.com, and of course Benefitcosmetics.com.

Me & my Sister

Expedition Everest = amazing
I haven't posted anything in a little while, and that's because I had the opportunity to go to Disney World with my sister and her family. It was so much fun! Downtown Disney even has a bakery called BabyCakes that has Gluten-free and vegan desserts that are absolutely amazing!

The vacation was much needed and the Florida weather was beautiful compared to where I live =)
