What you need:

1. Flavored syrup
2. Seltzer Water
3. Ice

Step 1. Pour 1 tablespoon of flavored syrup into a glass.

Step 2. Put ice in the glass.

Step 3. Pour the seltzer over the syrup and ice.

Step 4. Stir all together and voila! Simple as that.
