Hair Tip

If you're someone who has oily hair, you know how much of a downer it can be... you can barely go a day without washing it, and it can get pretty listless and dirty looking, and dry shampoo doesn't necessarily work. But, I switched my routine about a month and a half ago and I'm loving the results.

I've read a couple articles about this and finally decided to try it. They say if you have normal to dry hair, using shampoo before conditioner is the best way to go. But I had read that actually using conditioner before shampoo is really beneficial to oily hair, because using the conditioner still gives you moisture and makes your hair soft and then using the shampoo after makes sure that the extra oil is controlled, which means that your hair will look cleaner, longer. And who doesn't love that? So far, using conditioner before shampoo has really worked for me.

What do you think? Is there any specific routine you have or a product you use for oily, or even normal to dry hair? Let me know in comments! <3

  2. I have super oily hair, but what has helped me now is using the Paul Mitchell tea tree shampoo and conditioner. I heard that minty shampoos are best for oily hair. This definitely has worked for me, at least!
